Indonesia - Deans’ Course for Private Higher Education Institution (INADC - PHEI) aims to prepare higher education top managers from private institutions for the challenges of holding the position as a leader in the dynamic landscape of higher education. It deals with various dimensions of university management such as finance management, quality management, and leadership, supplemented with practice-oriented sessions on project management.

By the end of the training course the participants are expected to be able to: i) understand the current development of the higher education system in Indonesia and the position of private institutions in terms of its competitiveness, ii) increase understanding and awareness of their work situation (university governance structure) and functional management, iii) understand causes, consequences, and how to manage change in the fast-moving higher education environment and to make a transformation in their workplace.
